　　包莉，女，大学本科，小学语文高级教师。曾参与《体验教育研究》、《城镇中小学综合实践课程可行性研究》《课外阅读考级研究》《向儿童学习》等课题研究；获全国德育论文评比一等奖，市级赛课一等奖，班主任基本功竞赛一等奖，语文优质课竞赛一等奖；获得“重庆市普通话水平测试优秀测试员”称号；曾任巴蜀小学品德学科组长、大队辅导员。

　　采众家之长，扬自身所蓄，在语文教学中显示出独特的教学风格：朝气蓬勃、擅于激励、求实创新。面对孩子，总是用不是母亲胜似母亲的博大胸怀接纳学生，包容学生、关爱学生，与学生建立深厚的师生情感。我始终相信：热爱一个学生就等于塑造一个学生，厌恶一个学生就等于毁掉一个学生。我将用我最真最诚的心，去换取致善致美的情，让每一株幼苗都茁壮成长，让每一朵鲜花都灿烂开放！

　　 Ms Bao Li， undergraduate, senior Chinese teacher of primary school. She has taken part in many research projects. And she has won a lot of first prize, such as National Moral essays competition, class competition of the city-level, Teachers Basic Skills Competition and so on. She’s also the Battalion instructor of Bashu Primary School.

　　She is a very skillful Chinese teacher. Besides that, she always loves her students just like a mother loves her children. Because she believes that, if a teacher loves students, she can help them to grow up better; if not, she can destroy them.
