　　丁小彦，现任重庆市巴蜀蓝湖郡小学校长助理，语文特级教师，全国优秀教师，曾选为重庆市人大代表,在职研究生，小学高级教师，重庆市骨干教师，北京师范大学小学语文骨干教师国家级培训优秀学员。
　　 行之于教，又著之成文，她撰写的论文《为孩子营创新的天空》等二十余篇文章发表在省级刊物获得全国、市、县等级奖。撰写的《素质教育读本》《创新能理与全程达标》等书已由重庆出版社出版发行。她所主研《小学语文课堂结构改革实验与探索》获得重庆首届小学优秀教改成果二等奖。她认为：学习贵在一个“恒”，学而不厌，让读书成为自己生活习惯；教育突出一个“爱”，教师的眼中只有“优秀学生”和“未来优秀学生”两类，让“差生”这一概念消失在赏识教育和情感教育的温馨天地里。

The project “The Explore and Reform of Chinese Language Class in Primary School” she participated as the main researcher obtains the second prize of Chongqing first session outstanding educational reform achievements of primary schools. She also believes that the most valuable quality of study is insistence, and students should cultivate reading as their habits; education should prominent “love”, and there should be only two kinds of students: “the outstanding students” and “the future outstanding students” in teachers’ eyes, and the concept “the poor students” should vanish in the warm world of affective education.
