　　令狐林，重庆市巴蜀蓝湖郡小学执行校长、梦想网校校长。中共党员，重庆市骨干教师，小学高级教师，重庆市教委“数字校园”建设专家组成员，中国重庆青年人才论坛优秀论文奖获得者，《小学信息技术》教材编委，重庆市教育学会信息技术专业委员会常务理事。
　　 长期坚持“让孩子在快乐中学习，在互动中成长”的教学理念，执教小学信息技术课《怎样竖排儿歌》获市首届信息技术课优质课评比一等奖第一名；撰写《谈多媒体教学软件的创新设计和制作》，《网络——数字时代学校的动力系统》等多篇论文获国家级、市级奖励；研发《植物妈妈有办法》、《回声》等几十个课件获国家级、市级奖励；主持和参与研究国家级课题《小学语文“四结合”教学改革试验研究》，重庆市科委重点课题《重庆市小学网络教育基地建设对策研究》、《小学网络教育游戏互动式学习平台及课程开发研究》，重庆市教育规划办“十五”课题《信息技术与学科教学整合、网络多媒体教学软件开发研究》，研究成果获专家好评；指导多名学生参加市级、区级信息技术竞赛获大奖；多次应邀到其它省市和重庆市部分区县作专题教育讲座，到英国作交流访问教师；被评为对口支援工作先进个人，市“十五”期间中小学教育技术装备工作先进个人。
　　Mr Lin Hulin， the deputy principal of Blue Lake County International department of Bashu Primary School and the principal of Dream Net School. A member of Chinese Communist Party. He’s a core teacher of Chongqing, a senior teacher of primary schools, a member of "Building Digital Campus" group of Chongqing Education Commission. And his essay has won the excellent prize of Young Talents Forum in Chongqing, China. He’s also the editor of "Information technology of primary schools", and the standing director of Information technology Committee of Chongqing Municipal Education Association.
　　 His teaching philosophy is “Let the children study happily”. He won the first prize of the first IT Class Competition in Chongqing. His essays have accessed state-level awards. His courseware productions have won a lot of awards of both state-level and city-level. Besides, he has attended in several research subjects. These researches were well praised. Some of his students attended IT competitions and won awards. And he was invited to make speeches in many districts. He has been chosen to be an exchange teacher to Britain for four months.
