　　吕红霞，语文教师 曾参加校长提高培训、市级语文骨干教师培训。撰写的《教育细节散记》等多篇文章获国家、市、县级一、等奖；发表文章三十余篇。主研县级课题《九年义务教育语文整体素质改革》获县一等奖；主持并主研《写字教改与等级测评》获县一等奖、市三等奖；主持国家级课题《促进小学生良好品行养成的心理辅导策略研究》所带班级曾获“全国百佳中队”、“渝中区先进集体”、“红旗中队”等光荣称号。她关爱每一个学生，擅长心理辅导。她坚信：每一个孩子都有巨大的发展潜力。她认为：老师的任务就是带领家长、协同社会，唤醒和鼓励孩子，帮助孩子健康快乐地成长。

　　Ms Lv Hongxia， Chinese teacher. She had participated in the training for principals and for Chinese teachers. She insisted on writing essays. 30 of her essays were published, and many of them won the first prize of both nation-level and city-level. She also took part in many research subjects and won a lot of awards. As a head teacher, she is good at managing class. Her class has won the “National Top 100 Squadrons”, “Red Flag Squadrons” and son on. She cares every child and is good at psychology. She believes that every child has great potential. So her task is helping the children grow up happily.
