　　庹祯平，生于重庆市彭水县，苗族，毕业于四川美术学院，小学美术高级教师，重庆市美术家协会会员，中国中小学艺术教育学会会员；全国中小学美术教师基本功比赛一等奖获得者；2003年赴俄罗斯圣彼德堡作少儿艺术考察交流；2005年赴英国利物浦“圣女贞德”学校担任艺术教师。
　　曾举办过双人油画作品展；其作品先后入选重庆市文化广电局、重庆市群众艺术馆、重庆市文联、重庆市美术家协会、中国美术家协会等举办的美术作品展并获奖；所撰写论文、案例10余篇先后获重庆市教育委员会、中国艺术教育促进会、《中国教育》编辑部、中国教育学会、国家教育部等颁发的奖项；作品先后发表或入编《中国画》、《美术大观》、《美术界》、《“殷墟”申报世界文化遗产全国书画大展作品集》；所辅导学生作品100余幅获国内外、省市级各类奖项，并荣获全国、市级优秀美术辅导教师称号。

　　 Tuo zhengping, Fine arts teacher, the first prize winner of National Fine Arts Teachers’ Basic Skills Competition. He graduated from the Sichuan Fine Arts Academy, the fine arts senior teacher of Primary school, member of Chongqing Artist Association and the Chinese Primary and middle schools Art education Academic society. He has been to St. Petersburg of Russia to join the children’s art inspection and exchange in 2003 and the All Saints Catholic School in Liverpool, UK to be an arts teacher in 2005.
　　 He once held his solo oil painting exhibition. He has attained important awards of the nation, Sichuan province and Chongqing municipality many times. The papers and the teaching cases he wrote also attain the awards issued by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission, China Art Education Promotion Agency, the Chinese Education editorial office, China Education Society and the national Ministry of Education and so on. His works are published or edited in Traditional Chinese Painting, Fine arts Big View, China Education for all-around development Research, Yangtze River Normal College Journal, Nation Calligraphy and Painting Big Exhibition Work Collection of “Yin Dynasty ruins” Declaration World Culture Inheritance successively. More than 100 works of his students attain awards domestic and aboard, provincial and municipal level. He has the honor of the national and municipal Outstanding Fine Arts Counselor.
