　　杨桂林，小学高级教师。从事小学语文、英语教学工作，曾多次获得区级小学赛课活动一等奖，参加全国小学骨干教师国家级培训，现在所担任班级被评为重庆市北部新区首届“快乐中队”。所撰写的《营造英语语境，提高学生交际能力》等多篇教学论文发表于省、市级刊物，《It’s red》的教学活动设计获得了重庆市首届小学英语教案设计大赛一等奖，《培养跨文化意识，提高交际能力》获得第四届全国小学英语论文大赛一等奖，《落实常规，促进发展》一文获得全国第四届德育论文大赛二等奖，《俯下身去，聆听孩子的声音》获得全国第三届学术年会论文大赛二等奖。她愿意“俯下身去，聆听孩子的声音”并“牵手家长，共创精采”，努力用自己的教育智慧和爱心让学生行走在爱的路上，精彩不断。

　　 Yang Guilin, senior Chinese teacher of primary school，a Chinese and also an English teacher. She has won first prize of teaching competition for several times and had taken part in the National Training for Core Teacher in Primary School. The class she taught was “Happy Class” of Chongqing New North Zone. Essays she wrote have been published in the provincial-level magazines, and won national, municipal prizes. She told herself to “lean over to listen to the voices of children” and “create brilliant with the help of parents”.
